     In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services (DSHS).

     Document Title: Canary Notice 281: Temporary Order Information Letter.

     Subject: Temporary order information letter.

     Effective Date: August 20, 2012.

     Document Description: This canary notice (CN) explains the DCS process to send a copy of the revised Temporary Order Information Letter, DSHS 27-042, to each party to a court case when DCS receives a temporary order for enforcement.
