? Updating outdated references to WACs and/or RCWs. ? Aligning language with the current RCWs and WACs. ? Making the document easier to read and clarifying language, including clarifying definitions. ? Updating agricultural burning rule and fees per changes already made to the WAC. ? Updating agency name change. Reasons Supporting Proposal: Current rules are out of date with the WAC and have incorrect references.
