In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services.

Document Title: # Memo 09-53.Subject: Prescription drug program: Maximum allowable cost update.
Effective Date: July 1, 2009.
Document Description: Effective for dates of service noted below, HRSA will implement the following changes to the prescription drug program:
1. New additions to the maximum allowable cost (MAC) list; and
2. Adjustments to existing MACs; and
3. MAC deletions.
