HORSE RACING COMMISSION [ Filed July 24, 2006, 3:09 p.m. ] The Washington horse racing commission (WHRC) would like to withdraw our notice of proposed rule making regarding WAC 260-32-175, filed under WSR 06-03-092.During an adoption hearing on March 9, 2006, the commission chose not to adopt the proposed new section in chapter 260-32 WAC.
