Purpose of the Proposal and Its Anticipated Effects, Including Any Changes in Existing Rules: The department is:

Amending the sections that refer to definitions, certified services, opiate treatment program certification, maintaining agency certification, agency clinical manual, outpatient services, opiate substitution medical management, and DUI assessment providers; ? Eliminating WAC 388-805-815 DUI assessment services requirements; ? Adding WAC 388-805-850 Screening and brief intervention services; and ? Adding new language as appropriate.
