July to December 2009

WAC Chapter or Section	Purpose of rule being developed or amended
332-17	Update geothermal performance security rule by deleting dollar restrictions on security requirements to be consistent with chapter 78.52 RCW.
332-18	Update surface mining rules and delete an outdated rule regarding the use of interests in real property as a performance security.
332-30-144	Update rules for private recreational docks.
344-12, 344-16, and 344-18	Recodify oil and gas rules into TITLE 332 WAC and update.
