Effective Date of Rule: Thirty-one days after filing.
Purpose: The Uniform Commercial Code program is amending this rule to reflect the new surcharge fee amounts that were increased as a result of HB 1090 and to reflect the extended expiration of RCW
43.330.300 to July 1, 2020.
