In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services.
Medicaid Purchasing Administration (MPA) Division of Legal Services
Document Title: #Memo 11-49.Subject: Prescription drug program-maximum allowable cost update.
Effective Date: June 1, 2011.
Document Description: Effective for dates of service on and after July 1, 2011, MPA will implement the following changes to the prescription drug program:
1. New additions to the maximum allowable cost (MAC) list;
2. MAC adjustments; and
3. MAC deletions.
