In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services.

Document Title: Public Notice.Subject: Title XIX State Plan Amendment 11-22.
Effective Date: July 1, 2011.
Document Description: The department is making changes to the hospital inpatient and outpatient payment methodologies to comply with state and federal rules and the state's 2011-2013 budget. Changes will include: Reductions to hospital inpatient and outpatient rates; and other possible revisions.
