HORSE RACING COMMISSION [ Filed June 9, 2010, 2:01 p.m. ] The Washington horse racing commission would like to withdraw from publication our proposed rule making (CR-102), WSR 10-08-106, filed on April 7, 2010. Additional negotiation with stakeholders will be needed and additional modifications to the rule added.Douglas L. Moore
