In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services.

Document Title: Public Notice.Subject: Nondurable medical supplies and equipment (MSE): Fee schedule changes.
Effective Date: July 1, 2009.
Document Description: Notification regarding numbered memorandum # 09-48 was mailed to all DSHS medical supply providers advising of a decrease in rates of incontinence products by 9.5% to meet legislatively-mandated appropriation reductions for state fiscal years 2010-2011 as described in the 2009-2011 omnibus operating budget passed by the legislature on April 25, 2009.
