Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Revise and update traffic violations that are considered "serious traffic violations" for purposes of chapter
46.25 RCW, regarding commercial driver's licenses and the operation of commercial motor vehicles.
Process for Developing New Rule: Stakeholder input.
