Notice of Interpretive or Policy Statement

     In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services.

Economic Services Administration

Division of Child Support (DCS)

     Document Title: Policy Clarification Memo 12-003: Serving a 09-275 When the Child is 18 or Older.

     Subject: Serving a 09-275 when the child is eighteen or older.

     Effective Date: May 23, 2012.

     Document Description: This policy clarification memo explains when and how the DCS establishes an administrative child support order when a child has reached age eighteen and DCS discovers that the superior court order DCS was enforcing has not been in effect.
