Document Title: Canary Notice 278: Voluntary Paternity Testing Through DCS.Subject: Voluntary paternity testing through DCS.
Effective Date: May 20, 2011.
Document Description: This canary notice explains that no-cost voluntary paternity testing services are available through DCS to mothers and alleged fathers when certain conditions are met.
