WAC 181-78A-264, proposed by the professional educator standards board in WSR 15-22-007, appearing in issue 15-22 of the Washington State Register, which was distributed on November 18, 2015, is withdrawn by the office of the code reviser under RCW
34.05.335(3), since the proposal was not adopted within the one hundred eighty day period allowed by the statute.
