NOTICE OF APPEAL
Pursuant to RCW
34.05.330(3), you are hereby notified for publication in the Washington State Register that:
On April 6, 2016, the Governor's Office received an appeal from Jason Iwasaki relating to the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction's denial of a petition to repeal or amend WAC 392-121-255 and WAC 392-121-270. The Governor's Office denied the Petition on May 4, 2016.
