[ Filed May 18, 2010, 8:43 a.m. ] WAC 314-44-005 and 314-44-015, proposed by the liquor control board in WSR 09-22-102 appearing in issue 09-22 of the State Register, which was distributed on November 18, 2009, is withdrawn by the code reviser's office under RCW 34.05.335(3), since the proposal was not adopted within the one hundred eighty day period allowed by the statute.Kerry S.
