Notice of Interpretive or Policy Statement
In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services.
Medicaid Purchasing Administration Division of Rates and Finance
Document Title: Public Notice.Subject: Title XIX State Plan Amendment 11-20.
Effective Date: June 1, 2011.
Document Description: The department is anticipating changes to the disproportionate share payment methodology to comply with state and federal rules and the state's 2011-2013 budget. Changes will include: Cost calculation methodology; changes to nonrural indigent assistance and small rural indigent assistance DSH programs; elimination of GAU DSH; and other possible revisions.
