NOTICE OF APPEAL
Pursuant to RCW
34.05.330(3), you are hereby notified for publication in the Washington State Register that:
On January 28, 2014, the Governor's Office received an appeal from the Coalition to Protect Puget Sound Habitat relating to the Washington State Noxious Weed Control Board's denial of a petition to repeal or amend WAC 16-750-015. The Governor's Office denied the Petition on April 4, 2014.
