Document Title: Provider Notice #12-11.Subject: Rural health clinics.
Effective Date: April 1, 2012.
Description: Specific changes to Kidney Center Services Medicaid Provider Guide include:
? Deletion of revenue code 880, which the agency no longer covers. ? Housekeeping changes related to the merger of medicaid with HCA, including the conversion of TITLE 388 WAC to TITLE 182 WAC for WAC references.
