Pursuant to RCW 34.05.330(3), you are hereby notified for publication in the Washington State Register that:On March 15, 2012, the Governor's Office received an Administrative Rule Appeal from Mr. James A. Coan, Sr. on behalf of the Land Surveyors' Association of Washington regarding the Department of Labor & Industries' denial of a petition repealing WAC 296-127-01396.
