In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services (DSHS).

Document Title: Memo 11-12.Subject: Occupational, physical, and speech therapy: New benefits limits.
Effective Date: April 1, 2011.
Document Description: DSHS will implement new benefit limits for outpatient rehabilitation (occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy) for clients twenty-one years of age and older. This memorandum explains the new limits, procedure code changes, and new modifier requirements for billing.
