[ Filed April 6, 2010, 8:28 a.m. ] WAC 284-38-005, 284-38-010, 284-38-015, 284-38-020, 284-38-025 and 284-38-030, proposed by the office of insurance commissioner in WSR 09-19-101 appearing in issue 09-19 of the State Register, which was distributed on October 7, 2009, is withdrawn by the code reviser's office under RCW 34.05.335(3), since the proposal was not adopted within the one hundred eighty day period allowed by the statute.Kerry S.
