In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services (DSHS).

Document Title: # Memo 10-19.Subject: Prescription drug program: Maximum allowable cost update.
Effective Date: May 1, 2010.
Document Description: Effective for dates of service on and after May 1, 2010, DSHS will implement the following changes to the prescription drug program:
1. New additions to the maximum allowable cost (MAC) list; and
2. Adjustments to existing MACs.
