WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSED RULES

WAC 170-297-1040 and 170-297-5700, proposed by the department of early learning in WSR 12-18-079 appearing in issue 12-18 of the State Register, which was distributed on September 19, 2012, is withdrawn by the code reviser's office under RCW 34.05.335(3), since the proposal was not adopted within the one hundred eighty day period allowed by the statute.
