Notice of Interpretive or Policy Statement
In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services (DSHS).

Document Title: # Memo 10-16.Subject: Ambulatory surgery centers (ASC): Medical policy update, implantable device claims procedure update, and billing instructions correction.
Effective Date: April 1, 2010.
Document Description: Effective for dates of service on and after April 1, 2010, DSHS will: Update medical policy for implantable infusion pumps or implantable drug delivery systems (IDDS); establish new billing procedure for implantable device claims; and correct DSHS/HRSA ambulatory surgery centers billing instructions. This memo also reminds providers of the requirement to complete ProviderOne registration.
