In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services (DSHS).

Document Title: # Memo 10-13.Subject: Physician-related services: Fee schedule updates, policy changes and corrections to the billing instructions.
Effective Date: April 1, 2010.
Document Description: Effective for dates of service on and after April 1, 2010, DSHS notifies providers of: Medical policy updates; new expedited prior authorization (EPA) criteria; authorization requirements; coverage changes; corrections within the current DSHS/HRSA physician-related services billing instructions; and this memo also reminds providers of the requirement to complete ProviderOne registration.
