Notice of Interpretive or Policy Statement

     In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services.

     Document Title: # Memo 10-12.

     Subject: Prescription drug program: Maximum allowable cost (MAC) update.

     Effective Date: April 1, 2010.

     Document Description: Effective for dates of service on and after April 1, 2010, the department of social and health services (the department) will implement the following changes to the prescription drug program:

     1. New additions to the MAC list; and

     2. Adjustments to existing MACs; and

     3. MAC deletions.
