WSR 08-07-078 RESCISSION OF EMERGENCY RULES
SECRETARY OF STATE [ Filed March 18, 2008, 1:14 p.m. ] The office of the secretary of state rescinds the emergency rules filed on March 17, 2008, as WSR 08-07-065.This request is due to a United States supreme court opinion issued today, March 18, 2008, upholding the constitutionality of Initiative 872 and reversing a previous Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals opinion.
