HORSE RACING COMMISSION [ Filed March 21, 2006, 11:05 a.m. ] The Washington horse racing commission (WHRC) would like to withdraw our CR-102 proposed rule making to chapter 260-200 [260-20] WAC, WSR 06-05-075.
