Notice of Interpretive or Policy Statement
In accordance with RCW
34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services (DSHS).
Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA)
Document Title: Public Comment Notice for Proposed Developmental Disabilities Administration Waiver Amendments.
Subject: Basic plus, community protection, children's intensive in-home behavior support (CIIBS) and core waiver amendments are available for thirty days of public comment.
Effective Date: March 18, 2015.
Document Description: DDA within DSHS, in cooperation with the health care authority, is posting for public comment three proposed amendments for each of DDA's Medicaid 1915(c) waivers: Basic plus, community protection, CIIBS and core. Each proposed waiver amendment is available at https://www.dshs.wa.gov/dda.
