     Document Title: Policy Clarification Memo 13-003: 2013 Change to the Self-Support Reserve.

     Subject: 2013 Change to the self-support reserve.

     Effective Date: February 27, 2013.

     Document Description: This policy clarification memo explains that the self-support reserve increased $33 to $1,197 on January 24, 2013.
