Notice of Interpretive or Policy Statement

     In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the health care authority (HCA).

     Document Title: Provider Notice #13-13.

     Subject: School-based medicaid provider guide (MPG).

     The agency made extensive changes to the MPG based on changes made to chapter 182-537 WAC (see WSR 13-05-017) effective March 10, 2013. For a complete list of changes, refer to the "What has changed" table in the school-based health care services for children in special education medicaid provider guide.
