Notice of Interpretive or Policy Statement
In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the health care authority (HCA).

Document Title: Provider Notice #13-11.Subject: Other DME fee schedule update.
Effective for dates of service on and after March 1, 2013, the medicaid program of HCA will revise the "other DME" fee schedule. The "maximum allowable fee" for HCPCS code E0277 when combined with modifier RR will be changed from "daily" to "monthly."
