In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services (DSHS).

Document Title: # Memo 10-09.Subject: Physical therapy program: Discontinued coverage of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) devices.
Effective Date: February 1, 2010.
Document Description: Retroactive to dates of service on and after February 1, 2010, DSHS discontinued coverage of TENS devices and related supplies for independent in-home use.
This memo also reminds providers of the requirement to complete ProviderOne registration.
