NOTICE
Title or Subject: Medicaid State Plan Amendment (SPA) 16-0008.
Effective Date: April 1, 2016.
Description: The health care authority (the agency) intends to submit medicaid SPA 16-0008 to update the effective date of the applied behavior analysis (intensive behavior) fee schedule. This is a regular update to keep rates and billing codes in alignment with the coding and coverage changes from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, medicaid, and other sources.
The agency anticipates that updating the effective date of the fee schedule will have no effect on annual aggregate expenditures.
The SPA is in the development process; therefore a copy is not yet available for review.
