     In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the health care authority (HCA).

     Document Title: Provider Notice #13-09.

     Subject: Prescription drug: Maximum cost update.

     Effective for dates of service on and after March 1, 2013, the HCA will implement the following changes to the prescription drug program:

     1. New additions to the maximum allowable cost (MAC) list.

     2. MAC adjustments.
