[ Filed February 15, 2011, 9:28 a.m. ] WAC 51-52-0202 and 51-52-0501, proposed by the building code council in WSR 10-16-033 appearing in issue 10-16 of the State Register, which was distributed on August 18, 2010, is withdrawn by the code reviser's office under RCW 34.05.335(3), since the proposal was not adopted within the one hundred eighty day period allowed by the statute.Kerry S.
