    Fires and campfires.
    On the Ocean beaches, the agency does not provide designated campfire pits, rings or other campfire enclosures. A portion of this WAC section is superfluous and staff recommends that it be eliminated. The remainder of the WAC applies to campfires on ocean beaches.
