     Following is the department of natural resources' (DNR) semi-annual rules development agenda for publication in the Washington State Register, pursuant to RCW 34.05.314. There may be additional rule-making activity not on the agenda as conditions warrant.

RULES DEVELOPMENT AGENDA

January to June 30, 2011

     The following WAC chapters will be updated: Chapters 332-08 and 332-18 WAC.
     Purpose of the changes are to update rules related to practices and procedures in response to SHB 2935. SHB 2935 changed administrative review to the pollution control hearings board and abolished most internal agency hearings. The changes bring DNR's WACs into conformance with the RCW.
