In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services (DSHS).

Document Title: # Memo 11-02.Subject: Early and periodic screening, diagnosis, and treatment (EPSDT) program: Miscellaneous changes to the billing instructions.
Effective Date: January 19, 2011.
Document Description: Retroactive to dates of service on or after December 1, 2010, DSHS will update the EPSDT program billing instructions with the changes outlined in this memo.
