Notice of Interpretive or Policy Statement

     In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services.

Division of Legal Services

     Document Title: # Memo 10-86.

     Subject: Dental services: Year 2011 benefit changes as a result of budget reductions coverage changes and hospital visit policy changes.

     Effective Date: January 1, 2011.

     Document Description:

?	Eliminate the adult dental program;
?	Implement the adult emergency oral health program; and
?	Implement new policy regarding billing of hospital visits by oral surgeons (formerly hospital calls). This new policy applies to clients of all ages when services are covered.
