[ Filed February 3, 2009, 8:19 a.m. ] WAC 230-15-035, proposed by the gambling commission in WSR 08-15-109 appearing in issue 08-15 of the State Register, which was distributed on August 6, 2008, is withdrawn by the code reviser's office under RCW 34.05.335(3), since the proposal was not adopted within the one hundred eighty day period allowed by the statute.Kerry S.
