INTERPRETIVE STATEMENT ACTION
The department of revenue has canceled its existing excise tax advisories (ETAs) and issued a new series of ETAs, which are numbered 3nnn.yyyy (number.year), starting with ETA 3001.2009. This new series includes updated ETAs that were retained, as well as several new ETAs that consolidate information in prior ETAs. ETA 3001.2009 provides a cross-reference table of old ETA numbers to new ETA numbers.Copies of these documents are available via the internet at Excise Tax Advisories.
