     A special meeting of the Washington state convention and trade center board of directors will be held on Thursday, January 29, 2009, at 3:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in Room 207 of the Convention Center, 800 Convention Place, Seattle.

     1. Request for the board to authorize the president to accept the Bayley Construction Alternate 2 bid for the complete buildout of Level A for the 800 Pike Conversion Project.
