Effective Date: January 1, 2008.
Document Description: The department of social and health services (DSHS) health and recovery services administration (HRSA) is updating the Title XIX Medicaid State Plan via SPA 08-002 to reflect the payment methodology that would be used in the event that a contracted regional support network's (RSN) contract is not continued, as described in Attachment 4.19-B pages 37 through 42.
