[ Filed January 30, 2007, 9:13 a.m. ] WAC 230-02-412, proposed by the gambling commission in WSR 06-15-024 appearing in issue 06-15 of the State Register, which was distributed on August 2, 2006, is withdrawn by the code reviser's office under RCW 34.05.335(3), since the proposal was not adopted within the one hundred eighty day period allowed by the statute.Kerry S.
