POLICY AND INTERPRETIVE STATEMENTS

WISHA Services Division
     WISHA Regional Directive (WRD) 1.65, "Expert Testimony by WISHA Staff" WISHA Regional Directive (WRD) 1.65, "Expert Testimony by WISHA Staff," which provided guidance to WISHA staff regarding expert testimony arising out of their job duties, has been repealed. The policy is no longer needed because guidance on the subject is included in the Compliance and Consultation Manuals. This policy was repealed December 12, 2005.
