NOTICE OF APPEAL
Pursuant to RCW
34.05.330(3), you are hereby notified for publication in the Washington State Register that:
On December 6, 2013, the Governor's Office received an appeal from Citizens for Sustainable Development relating to the Department of Agriculture's denial of a petition to repeal or amend WAC 16-06-210(29). The Governor's Office denied the Petition on January 21, 2014.
