     In accordance with RCW 34.05.314, the office of financial management (OFM) submits this semi-annual agenda for rules under development. During the next six-month period, OFM will be engaged in the rule-making activities set forth below.
     WAC 82-50-021 will be updated to reflect the establishment of the semi-monthly pay dates for the 2012 calendar year. The CR-105 form will be filed in January and the CR-103P will be filed in April.
     OFM may undertake additional rule-making activity as necessary during and following the 2012 legislative session.
     We will not be initiating rule-making activities to update chapter 82-48 WAC, Disclosure of public records, as indicated in our previous semi-annual agenda due to the extension of the governor's rule moratorium.
